Pilar Elementary School Clean up Drive

An environmental and health information campaign was conducted by the Department of Education to address the massive increase of dengue cases. The objective of the Division-wide Synchronzed Clean Up and Green Up Drive is to ensure source reduction of mosquito breeding place and beautification of the environment.

The said community clean up and green up drive was supported by the Magdalo Lions Club and Magdalo Leo Club , Lion and Leo members joined in cleaning the school as well in the awareness parade in the community last March 17, 2018.

The club sponsored the food for the volunteers stationed in Pilar Elementary School. Almost two hundred volunteers from different organizations were given some refreshments such as juice and cupcakes after the mission.
