Regional Lions Leadership Institute Seminar 2017

Club President Arwin Camantigue represented the Magdalo MJF Lions Club attended the Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI) Seminar that was conducted from September 27, 2017 to October 1, 2017 at the Bayfront Hotel in Cebu City, Philippines. He joined 64 other participants from multiple districts across the Philippines.

The RLLI Seminar is an annual event meant to train current club leaders and provide them with necessary tools for their own clubs' activities. This year's program was coordinated by Lion Anacleto Zamoranos.

The main objective of the seminar was to train members to be a good servant leader, and to know

what it means to be a Lions International leader. Facilitors, speakers and mentors of the said

event were mostly past District Governors. Some of the topics tackled throughout the event were: Lions Fundamentals, Diversity, Local Issues and Opportunities, Personal Mission Statement, Motivating Club Members, Time Management, Setting and Reaching Club Goals, Public Speaking, and Working in Teams.
