Regional Project: Cataract Screening

Region 3 of District 301-A2 of the Lions Clubs International conducted a Free Cataract Screening last September 11, 2017 in the 24/7 Bacoor Lying In and Eye Center in Talaba, Bacoor Cavite.
The different clubs of Region 3 brought their own potential cataract candidates to the Eye Center for screening. There were approximately 50 patients who came for the screening. The check up was done by Opthalmologist Dr. James Co Shu Ming.
Those who have been diagnosed with cataracts were all scheduled for operations on September 23, 2017 in Dasmarinas, Cavite.
This project was headed by Regional Chairperson Rosario S. Sarao with the help of Cynthia Abellar , MJF, Project Chairperson Peping Abellar, Ellen Loor, Jhomar Delacruz Bartolome and Asst District PRO Leo Visperas.
