Club President Regional Meeting and PSTM Training
Magdalo Lions Club 2017-2018 President Arwin Camantigue attended a couple of events representing the club for the month of July. First was the Region 3 Meeting held in Dasmarinas, Cavite and a PSTM Leadership Training Seminar in Arquiza, Manila.
The Region 3 Meeting was attended by the different club presidents of Region 3. It was spearheaded by Region Chairperson Rosario Sarao. The meeting discussed current and future projects that included the current Coastal Clean Up Project in Cavite City. Also discussed in the meeting is the upcoming joint induction ceremony for several of the clubs within Region 3. This induction is being coordinated by Dorotea Ng Sang.
The PSTM (President, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Chairperson) Leadership Training Seminar was conducted at the Lions Club District 301-A2 Office in Arquiza, Manila. It was held on July 28, 2017 and organized by Governor Marlan Manguba, 2PMJF. This training seminar is meant to give all club presidents an in depth study of the duties and responsibilities of each of their positions. Alexander Manugba, PMJF served as the seminar's host. Each position had its own speaker discussing the roles and responsibilities that comes with being an officer. The following are the guest speakers for the seminar:

There were additional orientations to the Sight for Kids initiative as well as the LCI Report.
The Club President is also required to attend the national Regional Lions Leadership Institute to be held in Cebu this coming September 2017.
