Last July 15, 2017 marked the official first day of the regional project entitled "Tara! Linisin Natin 'To." This is an environmental project by the Region 3 of District 301-A2 of the Lions Clubs International in cooperation with the Cavite City Lions Club and the Cavite City Leo Club.

This project is a once a month event for one whole year dedicated to cleaning up the coastal areas of Cavite City. The project was started out by the 4P's (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) of Cavite City. It was brought to the attention of the Cavite City Lions Club thanks to the effort of Lions member Jhomar dela Cruz Bartolome. The club then approached the Region 3 Chairperson, Ms. Rosario Sarao, if they could turn the event into a regional project due to the sheer size of the undertaking.

Many different clubs of Region 3 were present at the inaugural event. These include the Tanza Women's Legacy, the Fort San Felipe Lions Club, Dasmarinas Lions Club, Cavite Mistian Achievers Lions Club, Cavite Educators Lions Club, Magdalo Lions Club and the Leo Club of Magdalo.

The coordinators of the event includes Region Chairperson Rosario Sarao, Zone 1 Chairperson Julieta Manguba, Zone 2 Chairperson Alfredo Bendo and Zone 3 Chairperson Davidson Flores.

The clean up started early morning and ended with 305 sacks of trash collected by 270 participants from the different Lions Clubs from the three different zones of region 3 as well as the 4P's of Cavite City. During the activity, there were even a few bystanders who decided to join in the effort of cleaning up the area. The collected trash was then picked up in four batches by trucks from the local government to be disposed of in the city dumpsite.

After the clean up, the Magdalo Lions Club had a small meeting to discuss a more efficient strategy for the next clean up. They have decided to bring more specialized equipment such as shovels and rakes in addition to their sacks and gloves to make the job easier and faster for all of them.

This project is expected to continue every second weekend of the month.
